Unser Boot ist eine „Aqualine 750“ dem Namen Minerva.

Mit dem Mercury GPM DF 150 BSO II haben wir den einzigen auf dem Bodensee zugelassenen Außenbordmotor mit mehr als 100 PS.

Das Boot verfügt über ein lichtdurchflutetes, ca. 1,80 m hohes Kabinenabteil, reichlich Bewegungsfreiheit und bietet vier Erwachsenen Schlafgelegenheiten, wobei sich zwei Kojen im gut zugänglichen Unterflurbereich befinden."Hartgesottene" können auch auf der Liegefläche auf dem Heck schlafen.

Das variabel zu nutzende Cockpit verfügt über einen Gasbrenner zum Kochen und einen Kühlschrank, und die U-förmige Hecksitzgruppe lässt sich kurzerhand in eine Sonnenliege umfunktionieren. An heißen Sommertage kann man sich mit der Heckdusche erfrischen.

Für kühle Abende und Nächte ist eine elektrische Luftheizung an Bord.

Die gute Gewichtsverteilung und die automatischen Trimmklappen sorgen dafür, dass Minerva schnell ins Gleiten kommt und einen guten Geradeauslauf hat.

Mit dem Bugstrahlruder lassen sich auch schwierigere Hafenmanöver leicht meistern.

Unser Boot liegt in Gaienhofen auf der Halbinsel Höri.

Security deposit

A refundable €1,500 security deposit will have to be paid at check-in. Like car rentals, boat charters require a refundable security deposit to cover accidental damage. The amount varies by boat model and is returned after inspection if no damage is found.

Insurance

This boat is managed by a professional charter company with comprehensive insurance. Your liability for damages is limited to the security deposit. For added peace of mind, you can protect your deposit by purchasing deposit insurance.

When can I get in touch with the captain/skipper?

The timing depends on your charter type. For crewed charters, we can provide the captain's contact details upon request. For bareboat charters with a hired skipper, you can request the contact information 1-3 weeks before departure.

What is the Charter Fee?

The Charter Fee is an additional, obligatory cost, which typically includes the end cleaning of the boat, home port fees, and linen & towels. The details of the charter fee differ depending on the boat, location and charter partner.

Are there any other costs I should be aware of?

There are marina fees and fuel costs which vary depending on the type, duration and location of your sailing holiday. Marina fees need to be paid at each marina you choose to dock overnight - the amount varies but you may be able to find this information in advance by contacting the marinas directly. Fuel costs depend on whether you’re sailing a motorboat or a sailboat. You can estimate fuel costs by double-checking your chosen boat’s engine, and the expected distance you aim to sail.
